Rental Properties & Programs

Estes Park Housing Authority (EPHA) offers over 180 apartments for rent within the Estes Valley.  Every household must be income-qualified upon move and we complete a verification process annually.  Our leases are for one year.  Most of our rental units require income at 60% Area Median Income (AMI) or below. Although, each unit has their specific income requirements and are better known at the time of a vacancy. Refer to current Larimer County Income Limits below for more information.  (Please note income and rent limits change annually and are typically updated between March and May of the current year.)

We also administer a Section 8 Rental Assistance program.

Homeownership opportunities are also available for qualified individuals.

We understand that a home is more than just a roof over your head. Our goal is to assist individuals and families to find a home that fits their needs and their budget. If we are unable to assist with one of our programs, we can point you in a direction to find something that works for your family.
