Rental Properties & Programs

Estes Park Housing Authority (EPHA) offers over 200 apartments for rent within the Estes Valley.  Every household must be meet specific qualifications.  These may include income-qualification or workforce qualification upon move and we complete a verification process annually.  Our leases are for one year.  Most of our rental units , with the exception of Peak View Apartments, require income at 60% Area Median Income (AMI) or below. Although, each unit has their specific income requirements and are better known at the time of a vacancy. Refer to current Larimer County Income Limits below for more information.  (Please note income and rent limits change annually and are typically updated between March and May of the current year.) 

Peak View Apartments requires that at least one member of the household be employed within the boundaries of Estes Park School District for an average of 30 hours a week year round.

Homeownership opportunities are also available for qualified individuals.
