Peak View Apartments opened in July of 2021 and are located near Peak View Drive and Highway 7. There are a total of 26 apartment homes; six are 1-bedroom, twelve are 2-bedroom, and eight are 3-bedroom. Each home includes a full size washer and dryer within the unit. Peak View does not require any income qualification. The requirement is that one occupant (18 years or older) must be employed (or self-employed) within the boundaries of the Estes Park School District R-3, for an average of thirty (30) hours a week year round.
