Fall River Village, has begun reaching out to households on our waiting list to begin the lease up process. We anticipate initial occupancy to begin in early January 2025. As units become available to rent, EPHA will begin contacting applicants to begin the screening and qualification process. Income limits do not apply, but one occupant of each household (18 years of age or older) must be employed or self-0employed within the boundaries of the Estes Park School District R-3.
