Grand Estates Apartments were acquired by the Estes Park Housing Authority in March 2024, originally constructed in 2019. The apartment complex consists of 16 apartments, 8 of which are currently restricted to members of the Estes Park Workforce. The existing non-restricted apartments will also be dedicated to the local workforce as apartments become available for rent during natural vacancy cycles.
