Castle Ridge was purchased (land banked) in 2019 by the Estes Park Housing Authority. The site represents a unique opportunity to add 28-30 housing units in the Estes Valley. The vision for the property from the initial purchase was to build an ownership-style project, increasing the number of attainable for-sale opportunities in Estes Park.
